How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive, but we're aiming for much sooner!
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unopened item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be in new condition, and in the original packaging). Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost from our facility in the case of cancellations. No refunds after 30 days. If you wish to return your item(s) please follow the following process:
Fill out the following information for returns, and we’ll provide you a return authorization via email. Without this return authorization, we will not accept any returns or provide refunds. Make sure to print this out and return the items back to us. We will provide you a return shipping address. However, it will require you to return the item at your own expense. Returns can take up to 5-10 business days for the fulfillment center to inspect the conditions of the return after receiving the products. If the refund is being issued via credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days more after. We will refund you via original payment method.

Giftcards are not refundable and sent via email. It is the customer's responsibility to put the correct receivers' email address. One we send confirmation to the receiver, changes cannot be made.
