Section 5 - Cancellation/Refund Policy

For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee. *All items during Promotions and Sale are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit.

Section 6 - Promotions

All customers receive a 10% off code when they first sign up to email or SMS. 10% off code applies to all products sitewide, with the exception of sale items. Not valid with other promotions or discount codes. Not valid for gift cards. No adjustments on prior purchases.

Prices for our products may subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. ClubHomebody shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications including price change or discontinuance of Service.

Terms here are governed by the Korean Law and guidance, words such as “natural,” “organic” are translations of approved Korean words that maybe used to describe a product. Therefore, understanding of the descriptive words and phrases you see on our website may vary from our intended use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and CLUBHOMEBODY with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and CLUBHOMEBODY with respect to the Site.
